At Ark Wildlife UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print your prepaid return label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
